return policy

Most items, unless otherwise specified, can be returned according to the following terms:

• Items must be unwashed and unworn, and generally unused with original tags where applicable.
  
• Returned items must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.
  
• If postmarked after 10 days, but not exceeding 30, you will receive store credit.
• We cannot accept returns on items sold more than 30 days ago.
• Sale items include all previous terms, but can only qualify for store credit.

shipping options and order processing

We process orders daily, Monday through Friday. We ship through UPS and USPS, depending on the option you choose for your order during checkout. We pull live quotes for, and offer, what we believe to be a decent number of shipping options offered through each, including international options where applicable. If you don't see an option on there you feel should be let us know and we'll see what we can work out.

hey-neighbor shipping

also, we've decided to offer something we like to call hey-neighbor shipping: basically, if you're in the Santa Cruz area we'd like to offer to personally deliver your order, free of charge. We've got our own set of rules setup to offer this option when applicable, so if it's not showing it's not available at this time.

shop accounts

Shop accounts are not required to buy something from our store. Though, they are free and pretty sweet... and technically required to become a street team member. If you don't already have one, and still waffling, consider that we'll throw you a 10% off your first order coupon after creating your account.
